NASUWT offers lifelong learning opportunities to all members by using new rights to support the work of Union Learning Representatives (URLs) who deal with learning and development in union branches and schools.

Working with the Union and local management, an NASUWT Union Learning Representative can help ensure that staff training needs are met, and that they have a say in the learning and professional agenda.
